Mr. Duce is a partner in the firm of Ewing, Blackwelder & Duce Insurance, Inc. in Winter Haven, an insurance agency with offices in Winter Haven, Lakeland, Auburndale, Lake Wales, Barton and Haines City. Mr. Duce has been a Director since 2005. Mr. Duce has been in the insurance business for the last 40 years, and has lived in Winter Haven since 1977.
