Mr. Faust serves as Chairman of the Board of the Bank. Mr. Faust is a private investor, community bank developer and banker, who spent the past 20 years in various bank-related capacities, including six years as a bank regulator and eleven years in executive management positions at both public and private banks and thrifts. His positions have included Chairman of the Board, Director, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. The companies with which he has been involved as either a director or executive officer include three de novo banks and commercial banks and thrifts ranging from $280 million to over $1.5 billion in assets.
Mr. Faust (along with Mr. Lehman) co-founded Graystone Bank, Lancaster, Pennsylvania in 2005, and (along with Mr. Ernst and Mr. Lehman) Cactus Commerce Bank, Glendale, Arizona in 2003. Mr. Faust serves as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Graystone Bank and Graystone Financial Corporation, and a Director of Peninsula Bank, Englewood, Florida. Mr. Faust also served as Chairman of the Board of Cactus Commerce Bank. Mr. Faust earned his Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a Minor in Business Administration from Rollins College. Mr. Faust has been a Director since 2005.
