Mr. Morgan has been an oil and gas explorationist and developer for 48 years. He is a past President of The Ohio Oil and Gas Association and a senior member of The Society of Petroleum Engineers. He has been a director of Wayne Savings Bankshares and Wayne Savings Community Bank since 1995. Mr. Morgan has been a Director since 2005. Mr. Morgan lives in The Villages, Lake County, Florida.
